What is Your Sales Force?
Your Sales Force is a seat specific referral networking group designed to help local professionals grow their businesses through trusted relationships and consistent referrals. Each chapter is built with one representative per industry creating a collaborative environment where members actively support one another’s success.
What does Seat-Specific mean?
Seat-specific means only one member per profession or idustry is allowed in each chapter. For example, there may be one real estate agent, one mortgage professional, one accountant, one chiropractor…you get the idea. Once that seat is filled that category is closed to competitors.
Who is a good fit for Your Sales Force?
Our members are typically:
- Local Business owners
- Entrepreneurs and consultants
- Service-based professionals
- Growth minded individuals who value relationships, focus on giving quality referrals and actively support other members’ businesses
How do I know if my industry seat is available?
Idustry seats are filled on a first-approval basis. If a member already represents your profession in the chapter, that seat will be closed. The best way to check is to look at our member directory or contact us and we will let you know.
What makes Your Sales Force different from other networking groups?
The difference is the structure and focus. Your Sales Force is designed to create a true referral-based sales network, not just casual networking. The seat-specific model eliminates competition with the group and encourages members to actively support one another’s business growth. That paired with weekly business growth, personal development, and marketing strategy sessions…we have a winning formula for business success.
How do members generate referrals?
Members get to know each other’s businesses, ideal clients, and services through their weekly commercials, member presentations and business action meetings (BAMS) outside of the weekly meetings. As relationships grow, members naturally refer opportunities they encounter through their own networks, clients, and community connections.
How often do members meet?
Chapters meet on a weekly basis to build relationships, share business updates, and the exchange of referrals and testimonials. Meetings are structured to ensure everyone has an opportunity to introduce their business and strengthen connections with other members. We also host quarterly mixers for an opportunity to meet other community businesses in a more social setting.
Can I belong to other seat specific networking groups?
No. If you are a member of another seat specific neworking group we don’t allow you to be a member of Your Sales Force. Why? Because we want to make sure you are building relationships that aren’t in competition with another groups members. For example…if you know somoeone wanting to buy a house…which realtor would you refer to if you are a member of multiple groups? This ensures that it is a true seat specific group that fosters relationships and loyalty with all our members.
