Michael Conlon is the founder of InspectXperts, bringing more than 38 years of hands-on experience in general contracting, home remodeling, and residential construction to the home inspection industry. Originally from Massachusetts, Michael owned and operated a successful remodeling and repair business there for many years before bringing his expertise to North Carolina.

Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in residential construction, renovation, and property improvement, developing a deep understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and repaired. His decades of real-world experience give him the ability to recognize issues that others may overlook while helping clients better understand the condition, safety, and value of a home.
